Coop financials pending after board shakeup

There are questions of financial impropriety. How would I vet the coop's financial condition without the latest financials? Is there a way to check if the bank has issued a notice of default? Seems like the right unit in the right location, but am stumped about how to do due diligence.

Well I hope you're an attorney because that's who is supposed to do DD. I don't understand why the financials are missing because somebody has done something questionable with money. There should be a UCC filing on the co-op corporation's loan.
