Coop Abatement letters? (late?)

Has anyone received their 2015 coop abatement notices? http://www1.nyc.gov/site/finance/benefits/property-benefit-forms/benefits-forms-property-owners-condo-coop.page I'm the treasurer for a small coop here in Brooklyn heights and we normally get our letters in July each year and write the disbursement checks out to our shareholders. This year we are still waiting. I've sent emails to CoopabaT@finance.nyc.gov and they reply each time (2 to 3 weeks later) that the letters are still coming...... Whats the deal with the delay this year? Has anyone received theirs yet?

I got my check in August. it was very slow this year...

Are you sure you got the official building letters in august....or did your coop just use last years values?

As far as I know according to 311 none of them have been sent out yet.

NYC is in no rush to send out the abatements , they only care about raising your taxes
