The Attorney General had to reapprove their offering plan - and it happened in the middle of the holidays last year, so it held up closings until the beginning of this year. They are really great apartments with an extended tax abatement. Go check it out. As a broker I see a TON of condos, and this is really not typical - really nice construction and beautiful amenities for such an intimate building. Not sure why they arent also promoting parking and some of the other amazing amenities (they have 4 barbq grills that are really super nice, and a great roofdeck and a patio. These are special! BTW... in full disclosure, I just closed on one of these today with my buyer, but I really do love them! Some apt lines arent the best layout, but so many are super nice!!
Pending Subway construction.
It will be impossible to get into New York City from there. Plus it's pretty far east.
