The Brompton - Air Rights

Discussion about The Brompton at 205 East 85th Street in Yorkville
Does anyone know if The Brompton owns the air rights to 201-203 East 85th ST (Equinox is tenant in the building)? I know the building is landmarked. Any information would be appreciated.

Yes, Related bought the 201-203 development rights when it built the Brompton. The 201-203 building can't go higher than it is now.

I believe that a certain developer has air rights over the Brompton to fly his blimp.
