building at 247 North 7th Street

Beware and negotiate if you are going to rent at this building. We have been here for months, and were promised all of these "amenities" - gym, parking, game room, key fob security for the building... NONE of them currently exist. The current building management, MGT, is terrible. They are unresponsive and go back on promises. We have no gym, we have no key fob (the building is very insecure), we have no game room, the list goes on. We were told that this would be available in October... then November... then December... now it is January. They have done nothing to accommodate for the fact that this is currently NOT a luxury building as it has next to NO amenities promised. I will never rent from another building managed by MGT ever again.
