If it's medically zoned, it can only be used by a MD to practice medicine. This is not a Board decision. Zoning is city law

It's amazing that real estate brokers are licensed and they are listing this for residential use. The city will not give a variance to a medically zoned unit. So what this means that any other use other then the practice of medicine by a licensed Doctor is illegal. The illegal occupant can be removed with one phone call my anyone to the city.

Has the Corporation paid to change the Certificate of Occupancy? High maintenance for the first floor for residential use.

249 days have passed and no one has jumped at this wonderful opportunity to create their dream home in a space probably previously used for rectal exams and just a closed door way from the homeless. apart from anything else, it could take a lot of renovation to add all the usual residential features back.
