Help finding an apt in a Solil building

If you have access to Solil's rental portfolio, I would very much appreciate some help. Looking for a 1-bedroom in a nice, centrally located building. The apartment doesn't need to be renovated, I would much prefer something that's affordable (like really affordable) and decent-sized. Been looking for almost 2 months now and could really use some help.

Search the forum, there are a few threads dedicated to Solil and finding an apartment with them. When I did rentals many years ago I managed to do a few deals at 20 5th avenue, it's an adventure (:
