Discussion about
I am looking for a pieds à terre. The maintenance costs are very low. What do you think of the area, the complex and its future appreciation?

Did Southbridge finally go market rate? I'm pretty sure not.

The units for sale sure look like they are selling at market rate.

So it did! September, very quietly. I stand corrected.

Subletting policy is for two years only. The building and the interiors look run down to me. I believe the hallways and lobbies will be updated. I guess what worries me is that if there is a downturn, will the owners be able to carry their apartments. Don't know the bed bug situation. The apartments that went into contract all have low grade updates . I f I bought there it would have to be an apt. with a very good view. And yes the maintenances are low and I believe it includes electricity.

That said I have lenders who will finance in the building.
