Discussion about
Anyone notice that no closed sales have come through to Streeteasy in a month? They're coming through to ACRIS so it seems to be a problem on the Streeteasy end...anyone know anything?
Any update? This was posted 5 days ago...and the problem has been ongoing for over a month. What exactly did you mean by "ASAP?"
Streeteasy, do you know when this issue will be resolved?
Hi,
I'm bumping this since it coincides with another thread... and since there's still no info on when the problem will be fixed...
Agreed. Still not functioning nor a response from SE
Are the listings just appearing perpetually in contract if they are sold?
They say "not available any longer" when the apt was sold.
Any updates SE? The usefulness of this website is compromised by the recorded sales function not working.
200 East End Ave, apt. 1H, just went to closing. I know the owner, so I know this is so. Halstead just took down the listing, something they always do after closing. The apartment is listed as "off the market" on Street Easy.
This has been going on for quite some time, not just the past 4 weeks.
I had friends who sold through Corcoran, Elliman, and Halstead. Whenthese apartments went to closing, they were marked "off the market". I complained about this happening to my own apartment and was told that the broker did not notify them of the closing. That was THREE (3) YEARS AGO.
This makes absolutely no sense because someone had to tell them the change in status of the apartment to change the listing to "off the market". SE doesn't seem to be able to distinguish between sold apartments and those where the owner decided not to sell at this time.
is this feature ever going to be fixed? Can SE at least explain what the problem is? It's been a problem way to long!!
In the meantime, can someone suggest another source to find out sold price information? Thanks
Anyone having problems here should definitely check out www.urbandigs.com. That site is awesome--super helpful!
That site does not give me the closed price without subscribing.
Noah here from UrbanDigs.com. You do not have to subscribe or login for closed sales prices. Just type the address in the Building Closed Sales input on homepage and go. Scroll down to Past Sales table and you will see its all there since 2004.
You do have to subscribe to get access to the Building Trends table on this building page & to get full access to our Chart Room and our Apartment Pricing tool. Currently only for Manhattan. Happy to answer any other questions or issues if you email me at my first name + at sign + urbandigs + dot com. Thx
Looks like the feature is working now.
