Discussion about 141 East 55th Street in Sutton Place

I heard that this building plans recently changed its managing firm and plans new assessments to upgrade it hallways and maintenance including brickk pointing. Has anyone heard of any such discussion since a recent visit things looked dated.

And could the broker handing the unit currently for sale (8G), please take some new photos when the liquor bottles have been put away, the clothes are picked up, and the beds neatly made? Not the worst I've seen, but not encouraging to potential buyers.
