Discussion about 950 Park Avenue MAISONETTE
Looks like a doctors office. A medical doctor can only practice medicine in a medically zoned space. To my knowledge the city has never given a variance from medical to residential so the space couldn't easily be transform to a 4 bedroom. No variance, no transformation. It was easier for Bruce Jenner.
