We've used State Farm for over 30 years. We had to file a claim only once when the upstairs neighbor let the toilet overflow for 15 hours when we were away on vacation. Really great service.
Another positive review for State Farm.
My family has had various types of policies with State Farm over 30 years. When its time for claims they dont play games and are always on top of it.
I currently have a State farm condo policy on my co-op. They treat it the same as they have no "co-op homeowners policy"
I guess while all the other companies are spending millions of dollars on talking animals like lizards and ducks, State Farm uses the money for paying claims.
