For buyers looking here in a building that has great numbers and a prime 79th street location, take look at the sale in 13E, same apartment just needs new bath...look at the price!!

Yes, the B and E lines are the same layout and these are both on the 13th floor. 13E did a great renovation with an open floor plan listed for 780K . New board will require buyer to renovate bathroom in 13E.

13B has original bathroom; closed floor plan with that wall dividing the kitchen and the dining room. Windowless office instead of open dining room. 70's kitchen? Looks totally unrenovated. Why would this be priced at $930,000? It's not a two bedroom. 13E is the winner.
