Discussion about
Hi -- usually when an apartment in NYC sells we see the price and owners up on Streeteasy. But for a recent set of sales there is nothing posted. This is in a coop. Is there a way to find out via another website or another way? thanks!
You can use this site to find the Block and Lot numbers (which are available elsewhere but easier to find here):
http://gis.nyc.gov/doitt/nycitymap/
then plug these into the city register:
https://a836-acris.nyc.gov/DS/DocumentSearch/BBL
Hope SE fixes this function soon..
Hi thanks for this but i could not find the property it is at (i don't want to write it out) thirty two west eighty second apartment five C. Any chance you can help me find what it sold for?
Hi Guywithcat, if an apartment just closed, it will take time for the site to confirm with ACRIS. You might just have to be patient and wait for the price to be confirmed and then posted. You can also be resourceful and call the agent up to confirm. Are you interested in purchasing an apartment or to see how yours compares to that one sold?
thanks!
Guy with cat, what is that all about?
It looks like SE fixed the recorded sales feed! Thanks to them.
Not fixed.
The sale hasn't been recorded yet on ACRIS. The new owners' lender filed a UCC1 against 5C back in December, so it should close soon. Block 1195, lot 48.
