Why is this unit not selling - other than lacking a dishwasher, and a limited view, this looks like a nice unit. Big, usable outside space, and a nice layout, with reasonable maintenance... Hmmm...

Because there's no significant view? Because you have to go through the bedroom to get to the terrace? Because you have to go through the bedroom to get to the bathroom (dealbreaker for me)? Because there's no central air and in a 1930s building you may not have enough power to run an a/c that is big enough to overcome the head load coming through the roof? Because there is no subletting? Because all the virtual staging gives the impression that if shown empty one would run away screaming ?

Agree that the maintenace is reasonable.
