building at 201 East 79th Street

No particular thoughts about the building -- it looks like your standard 60s white brick building. Worth doing a lot of due diligence about the relationship of the commercial space to the rest of the building, which will have a bearing on maintenace. As far as the apartments, I like 15B better: You don't have to walk through the dining room to get to the living room. There's a separate bathroom so guests don't need to walk through somebody's bedroom. Kitchen is larger with better layout. W/D is in the kitchen, so less chance of disturbing a sleeping person in the bedroom. I'm not wild about walking through the WIC to get to the MBR bath (must have been modified from the original plan).
