Neighborhood is still incredibly picturesque and a great school zone. That said, doesn't it feel like the "main streets" like Montague and Clark just aren't nearly as good as Court St. in Cobble hill or even Smith st. nearby? Are there any expectations for the commercial leases in the neighborhood coming up soon?
