Discussion about The Art House Condominiums at 1810 Third Avenue in East Harlem
Any comments on this building? Does it have income restrictions? I don't know this part of East Harlem at all, is the location relatively isolated/poorly connected for grocery shopping/restaurants etc?

There's really no need to be acerbic - I'm travelling for the next 9 weeks and can't actually use my feet and eyes, but would still like to know more about the neighborhood. Honestly, how do you not mind spending time to type out rude comments?
