Discussion about 577 Second Avenue in Kips Bay
As a recent mover leaving NYC, I was very pleased as a previous tenant of 577 2nd Ave. The building is consistently clean and the maintenance staff very reliable. Brand new laundry facilities, elevator and building entrance all make a huge difference and add value to the building.
