Discussion about 124 Wyckoff Street in Boerum Hill
The building is offered as 3200 sq ft, but unfortunately the " english basement' is not an option. the building needs serious structural bracing, (please inspect the 6 existing columns in the basement). You certainly have the option of digging out, but don't forget the bracing costs because of existing columns. the existing structural condition of teh building make it impossible to us ether additional FAR to build a penthouse, unless you foreseen astronomical engineers and bracing expenses.

Obviously some real estate shark got it for under market from an estate and trying to flip for huge profit. Now off market.because priced too high (greedy) or did they find a sucker.
