structural issues?

I visited this building few weeks ago and noticed some structural issues on the second floor. Floor seems abnormally concave, which might explain the garden floor extremely low ceiling to cover some structural beams went out of load.

Carroll Gardens...hmmm...by any chance is it the dining room? Decades of Sunday dinners with multitudinous "well rounded" family members may very well have taken it's toll...
