What is the downside of this apartment, besides very tight bedrooms (probably not legal-size bedrooms-? Thank you

To me, downsides are: Small building / few units. Maintenance seems high (probably a function of there being few units). Ground floor apt, dark, no doorman, no central air, too far east. Miniscule and open kitchen (photo doesn't seem to match floorplan), inadequate closet space, no laundry (definitely not in unit -- does the building have any?). Is the back yard all yours, or is it shared?

A lot of people have saved this listing, so I'm sure it will make somebody happy -- it just wouldn't be me.
