I lived in this building for a year and have on good knowledge from talking to the residents that the MAJORITY of rooms are infested with bed bugs. My apartment became infested after a month of living there (I had not prior history of bedbugs). I could see them crawling in from my neighbor's apartment. As well, there are bed bugs in the hallways, shared bathrooms, elevator, and basement. This is due to the other residents and landlord not removing the bed bugs in other infested rooms. DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you want bed bugs. Seriously I did it for a year and it was the worst decision. The landlord does not care and will not do anything.

I wanted to let everyone know that this building has been under new management + new landlord since mid 2019. The new landlord and management team have made significant efforts to try and get rid of the bedbug problem and they have an exterminator come bi-weekly to treat every room and communal area. The problem is that some of these tenants REFUSE to allow these exterminators to treat their room even if they know they have bedbugs. Nevertheless, they have exterminated many of the rooms using a non-toxic chemical-free treatment option that poses no health risk or threat and kills bed bugs on contact. They really care about the bed bug infestation and have been actively trying to make the building bed-bug free.

That being said, the current management in place is much better than the previous management company (icon realty management). They had a lot to deal with since taking over management, and they have made good progress. They repaired and modernized the elevator, which really helped improve the building and quality of life. The building is not like how it used to be and thats all because of the work+effort that the new management have put in so far and continue to put in to making this building better.
