Discussion about 98 Riverside Drive in Upper West Side

The building seems more like a hotel then an apartment. Many tenants leave after only one year either because they look for a new home or often a large rent increase is thrown on them in year two - although many have seen increases every year. There is no sense of community in the building in large part to the building emphasis on corporate short term rentals with no price sensitivity.
