Wow, what a highfalutin write up. They expect an offer above list so don't bother them with anything less? Why didn't they sell it a few months ago when it was on the market? I applaud them for selling without a broker but don't be so condescending. It's not the home for me since I wouldn't want to be sandwiched between two housing projects at both ends of the block, but someone else most likely will.

There will only be one open house. If you even need it with all those photos of the living room and the bed at all those different angles.
