Discussion about 90 William Street #3G
How is this not a one bedroom home? But it's listed as two bedrooms. A windlowless alcove cannot be called a bedroom.

That is a weird floor plan - I think that used to be a big entry foyer because it looks like the apartment door opens to that room. I agree it's not a legal bedroom.

10th floor and above, the listings that tally any G-line bedrooms count 1 bedroom. 9th floor and below, listings tallying G-line bedrooms count 2 bedroom, despite none having a window in that corner.

A few G floorplans show a wall turning that alcove into a room, most entertainingly 6G whose wall is missing a door (http://cdn-img2.streeteasy.com/nyc/image/90/73631890.gif ). Still not legal w/o a window.
