Discussion about
I have a question about Mother's day open house. This is my 2nd Sunday open house, and the turnout is much lower than last Sunday, when the weather was rainy. The question is, do you think holding Mother's day open house is a waste of time?

As a buyer, I went to three today and, for what I'm looking for, all were crowded. I wish my broker had held one today for my apartment.

Though since I didn't buy squat, I was a waste of time to all three sellers.

Maybe. I saw a lot of people buying flowers. etc. around noon time. I also saw a number of families going out to lunch.

One advantage of holding open houses on holidays is that if people are spending their time looking for an apartment on those days, odds are that they are serious.
