The saving grace of this building is the people who work there... the doormen, maintenance, and the super are extremely helpful and friendly. The management however is heinous and I do not say so lightly. We had an ongoing rodent problem (I killed over a dozen mice myself) that effected multiple units on our floor and the building was extremely negligent. Aesthetically, it is a lovely building but it went up quickly and there is a ton of shotty workmanship. If you want to be treated fairly and with respect as a tenant, I do not recommend this building. I've been in contact with other former tenants who have been out of the building for months and NOT ONE of us have gotten our security deposit back. We have called and emailed ad infinitum with no response...just extremely unprofessional. If this building fails, they have only themselves to blame.
