This unit faces the courtyard, it is an interior facing apartment. It is fascinating that seller/broker does not mention that but they market the apartment as having great skyline views.

I am looking for a 2 br pied-a-terres in this building and my broker told me that there are 2 that will soon be listed in North tower. Does anyone know if North tower high floor 2 bedrooms would also have low quality kitchens like this unit? Which line in this building would have better quality and better looking finishes? Thanks in advance for help
