email bounce / very bad customer support

It has been 48 hours since I received a banner that my emails are bounced from streeteasy. I have sent quite few emails to support@streeteasy.com and no reply at all!! Even more disturbing is that fact that there is no visible access to the support team besides the general email that is obviously not being attended. This is resulting in lost inquiries that cannot be retrieved. I am appalled by this lack of service!! PLEASE RESPOND!

Interesting, you have a rental, with fee, will go for $469,000, and one apartment for sale at $505,000.
