I saw this project. The finishes are really very nice. The property taxes at this location are quite high though, and they are competing against Citizen 360 across the street. They've sold some 1 BRs but the larger apartments don't seem to be moving yet. I think they might have to lower asking prices.

I looked at the floor plans for the apartments and all of them look very small and compact with really minimal closet space.

It depends on how many bedrooms are put in the space. Some of the floorplans where they put 2 BRs in 1400 sq ft are quite spacious. Then they have some floorplans where they squashed 3 BR into 1300 sq ft--those are more claustrophobic.

Yes, I saw the space. Small BRs and small living room. And the views are into the backyards of the walk up buildings on 89/90th streets on that line of units. I'd much rather have 1 less BR and a bigger living room.

When they build bedrooms that are so small, they usually have big walk-in closets and a huge living room/dining area. One of the 1 bedrooms had a miniscule kitchen and no separate dining area.

I know Ruppert Yorkville, about 2 blocks away, is not as posh. (1601, 1619, 1623, 1641 3rd Ave. But if you're looking for spacious apartments, they certainly have them - with numerous, HUGE closets and dining areas.
