How expensive was the bike?

What projects? I know several former and current tenants, and while they have all consistently liked the building, (and I've always thought it looked good during my visits) their consistent gripe is that their pricing isn't competetive. I believe the common areas have video surveillance. Have you asked management for assistance, or contacted the police?

The Westminster shouldn't give bike room access to friends of Bill. They're diseased individuals who have not and will not recovered. They are forever "recovering". It's not at all surprising to hear that they'll steal a bike ... it can easily be swapped for a frosty delicious and eminently intoxicating sidecar. Maybe a whole bucket of them, if it's the kind with tutti-frutti streamers and a glittery banana seat. The expensive kind.
