Beware buying into 230 West End

Anyone thinking of buying into 230 west end Ave. should do their homework. Most if not all of the units currently listed have been on and off the market since last Summer, regardless of the number of days they currently list the units as having been on the market. This board is very difficult. We attempted to buy a unit and wasted four months while the board and seller strung us along. We are professionals with impeccable reputations, reference letters and credit scores. Our offer was all cash. The reason for this post is that we don't want someone else to waste their time attempting to purchase what appear to be a bargain and then miss out on a window of opportunity with other listings while you get strung along.
