57 E 77th Street- Nice Building- Terrible Mngmt

Small building with a mature feel and apartments are fairly well maintained. When we were living there we made the mistake about complaining about the smell in the stairwell as the trash hadnt been removed- the management company came back with unmerited accusations and threatened to not renew our lease among other things. So in short- all will be well as long as you dont complain. Personally, I will not be staying in any of their buildings in the future.
