Rental at 204 West 81st Street

I lived in this apartment and the management company is terrible. They never answer emails and refuse to fix issues such as mice, roaches, leaking ceilings, elevator safety hazards etc. There is also a family of 6 living next door to apt 51 that are extremely loud. We have asked they be respectful, but it continues to sound like 30 adults doing an exercise class at all hours of the day/night. This apt also does NOT have granite counter tops or marble bathrooms and the hardwood floors are in terrible condition. I moved into this unit because it was large with outdoor space but it has been nothing but a nightmare. Good luck if you move in!
