Discussion about
Is it me or are rentals going slow? I meet and they push me and then the price drops and the places stay unrented. One broker representing a coop told me that she was waiting for checks and would show me the place (not my type of ethics) and then the place was still there for over 10 days

When you are renting from a condo or coop owner there can be delays while the board approves your lease. In general, peak rental season is beginning, but investors who snapped up inventory on new development condos often turn around and dump them back on the market as rentals at the same time so they compete against each other and may take a while to get rented out.
