What do people think for Manhattan condo price index 3m and 1y prediction with April as base? I am at flattish for 3m and 1-2% for 1y. http://streeteasy.com/blog/april-2016-market-report/

I mean 3m and 1y changes with April 2016 as a base.

I am seeing some sales in $2.5mm and up category at 2013 prices. Perhaps we will see a small dip of 1-2% instead of small up.

CCL, The cuts have already happened at many new developments but streeteasy index does not include fist sale at the new development as there is no benchmark to compare against. It tracks the same apartment resale. So, separate market.
