Another doctors office office that can be a dream apartment once the C of O of the building is changed and its gut renovated. It's a large space and the maintenance is good. Can't imagine why a doctor doesn't buy it for his private practice. Good buy for a doctor.

I would say it has something to do with the state of the medical profession today. I think more doctors are going away from private practices than towards them.
