Discussion about 325 Fifth Avenue in Midtown South
why are so many units offered for sale, and only 1 in contract?

I have seen this building. It is 10 years old now and the finishes show wear and tear. Many of the apartments are sale are priced similar to brand new luxury construction, which is flooding the market. People will prefer to buy brand new rather than 10 years old at about the same price.

Oh and it looks like they just issued some sort of "balcony assessment" on building owners. Notice the large price chop on this listing.
