There is a mentally unstable neighbor 2 house down who is a squatter and I needed a court order of protection from her to stop being abused and assaulted. She was arrested several times. There are plans underway by New York City to turn the vacant community center up the street into a homeless shelter. There is no need to smoke weed as you will get high just from the fumes up and down the street. Probably one of the worst streets in New York City to live on.
