Nope, the corporation paid huge fines for falsification of building permits. In particular the permits pulled were for an uninhabitable building, like a building under construction. This building has been occupied since the early 1950's. Mistake? I believe it was four permits that were cited for the same misrepresentation. Huge warnings from the ECB. The buck stops with the board. If the managing agent made that type of error, maybe it's time to get a new agency.

The building has had 3-4 agents and 3 supers and a couple handyman the last few years. Normally one would think the building is on a upswing but not with those penalties and outstanding fines. That is inexcusable. I would stay away.
