Coop board interviews

Does anyone know how much lead time the coop board gives when requesting interviews for purchase approvals? One day? One month? We submitted our board application package 3 weeks ago, the Board met on June 15, and asked a few questions by email, which we replied. But no response yet. The management company had said that interview dates are usually the 21st day of every month but it's now June 17, and there's no reply... Do we need to wait until July 21 for an interview??

Have your agent check in with the management company (or do so yourself if you don't have an agent). Boards sometimes don't meet as regularly during the summer but that is no reason why they cannot schedule in interview with you, if they are so inclined, even if with a subcommittee of two or three board members, as is often the case anyway.

Have the seller approach a friendly board member for some color. In most cases, it is just administrative delay.
