Discussion about 120 Riverside Boulevard #4P
Why is this one priced so low psf; only $1338 psf compared to other luxury condos with great amenities? Is there something bad about the apt or the bldg that I don't know about? I see it is not zoned to a good school and is far from subways. Anything else?

It's the Trump taint. Or that it's a low floor, facing the back.

Given the drawn blinds, it may be too close to a wall.

I think it's the tax abatement that expires next year. The target buyers for basic 1BRs probably aren't that worried about their school district.

4th floor, p line. probably a sub-optimal view.
