Can unionized doormen be fired?

Discussion about
Our condo building's doormen are unionized (local 32BJ). Is it possible to fire a doorman if he harasses and stalks a female resident? Want to understand how this works with 32BJ and the board/management company.

One of the challenges is also convincing the board/management company that the union employee is behaving badly. If anyone knows such stories (from complaint to actual firing), would be great to hear those.
