Discussion about 1 Great Jones Alley at 688 Broadway in Noho
Anyone familiar with the developer of this project? Madison Realty?

Over 30 years ago I lived in a loft at 2 Bond street. This was before they put the gates up on Great Jones Alley. I regularly got woken up late at night from people from the bars/clubs on Broadway having very loud sex against the dumpsters in the alley.

This building was on a few recent episodes of Million Dollar Listing (on Bravo). The developer was yelling at the listing agent that he better get record high prices per sq ft for the units. You can find the episodes on cable on demand. Looks like a gorgeous building though.
