Clifton House

Never got to see a scheduled open house as the residents were so off-putting the building has been placed on my do-not-consider list. While security and strict board rules are good, they should never serve as an excuse for outright discrimination. Residents felt empowered to complain about an unauthorized gathering of seemly individuals (a lawyer, an accountant, a therapist and a software engineer) in the lobby, which I thought was designed as a waiting area for visitors. There were insinuations of theft and untowardly behavior based on no more than outer appearance. I certainly would not want to buy into a building that would make my guests feel unwelcomed.
