Oh is this the former apt of a certain celebrity chef who divorced a certain L&O actress? He probably shouldn't have cheated. :/

Nicely decorated (or staged), but the floorplan leaves a lot to be desired, as do those poorly placed a/c units

Yeah the space is chopped up quite a bit; some walls could come down to open it up a bit more and the bathrooms could use some modernization. Less than $1500 per sqft though!

The stagers should also put some nice throw rugs around to make it look more homey. It actually doesn't look like they invested a whole lot in staging to me.

Looks as if the previous owners did OK when they unloaded it for $5,800,000 in 2013.

Actually what is the deal with this condo? Doesn't seem like there's a lot of turnover but it seems cheap per square foot? Then there was some complaint thread by renters in the building but SE removed it.
