Discussion about 200 East 84th Street #10C
Apartment was nice enough but if they are going to re-do the halls, they should at least not have it look so horrid. The lights were too bright and the walls too white. Carpeting choice not good either. That was my main turn off from the building.

I saw this one as well. Seems reasonably priced though?

I'm going to check out this open house on Sunday. The selling agent says hallways are temporary.

This is a decent listing price wise. Does anyone have experience with this board?
