Coop square footage is almost always miss-stated so I try not to pay too much attention to it. I'll look at a floor plan and judge for myself.

Mis-stated and criminally mis-stated are very different. I do understand that there are no rules for real estate. Hope the listing broker is reading it.

What does criminally misstated mean?
Anyone with feet and eyes can measure the size of this or any other apartmen .
