Building update at 306 E 82nd St

I want to advocate for this building. I have been a resident in this building since it was built. The condo board did an amazing job to update and fix the building with effective cost management (common charges have been flat since day 1) since they took over from the developer. Any issues uncovered (common in brand new buildings) have been fixed and even improved. The virtual doorman works really well for 24-hour security monitoring and accepting packages. Residents know each other and are friendly/helpful to each other. The property appreciation from recent sales truly reflects how well this condo building is run.
